Honda RVF400 (NC35) / VFR400R (NC30)

The TYGA Full Race System is engineered to extract the full performance potential of the NC30 and NC35 platforms. Fully TIG welded in stainless steel with spring-mounted joints throughout, this is a proper race-developed system built for flow, strength and reduced weight.
Compatible with both NC30 and NC35 models — including sidestand use (unlike many race systems).
Performance Proven
Baseline (NC35 with stock exhaust):
53.5 hp — correct factory output.
With TYGA full stainless system and one-step larger main jets:
59.9 hp peak.
+6.4 hp gain
Over 8% increase in power.
Additional testing has shown gains up to 7 hp (approx. 13.5%) with correct jetting adjustments.
No internal engine modifications required.
