Bushido Motorcycles specialises in genuine OEM Japanese motorcycle parts, performance upgrades, restoration components, and lifestyle accessories sourced from Japan.
🇳🇿 NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched from within New Zealand using tracked courier services.
Shipping Rates:
• Small parts: $7.50 NZD
• Standard parcels: $15 NZD
• Large components: $25 NZD
• Oversized / bulky components: Freight quote required
• Rural delivery surcharge: +$5 NZD
Estimated delivery time:
• 1–5 working days once dispatched
🇦🇺 AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
Australia shipping is available on most items using tracked international courier services.
Shipping Rates:
• Small parts: $18 NZD
• Standard parcels: $28 NZD
• Large components: $45 NZD
• Oversized / bulky components: Freight quote required
Estimated delivery time:
• 5–15 working days depending on location and customs processing.
Please note:
• Oversized or bulky items may require additional freight charges
• Some products may require a manual shipping quote before dispatch
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer
📦 ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed once payment has been received.
• In-stock items ship within 1–2 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
• Some products are sourced directly from Japan and may require additional lead times
Products sourced from Japan are identified on the product page. Once the item arrives in New Zealand, it will be dispatched to the customer using the selected shipping method.
Estimated lead times for special-order products are listed on individual product pages where applicable.
If there are any delays or stock availability issues, customers will be contacted directly.
📍 TRACKING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped using tracked courier services where available.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

⚠️ LARGE OR OVERSIZED ITEMS
Exhaust systems, chambers, fairings, wheels, seats, swingarms, and oversized components may require dedicated freight handling.
For these items:
• Shipping may be calculated after purchase
• Freight costs must be confirmed before dispatch
• Additional delivery time may apply depending on size and destination
🇯🇵 SPECIAL ORDER & IMPORTED PARTS
Some products are sourced specifically to order from Japan.
Additional lead times may apply due to:
• Supplier availability
• Production schedules
• International freight
• Customs processing
These factors are outside our control, but we will keep customers informed throughout the process.
📦 SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
• The item
• Packaging
• Shipping label
We will work with the courier provider to resolve the issue.
