After years of use, original fork caps on many Suzuki RGV250 VJ23 models become worn, scuffed, or damaged, detracting from an otherwise high-quality restoration. TYGA Performance has reproduced these fork caps to provide an accurate, high-grade replacement suitable for both restorations and performance rebuilds.

This fork cap kit is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and brass, then finished in clear anodising for a factory-correct appearance. Designed to install in the same manner as the original components, these caps provide a precise fit and refined finish worthy of a VJ23 build.
