The RPM Plumage Full Exhaust System is engineered around a true 4-2-1 configuration to deliver strong, usable torque in the mid to low RPM range — exactly where a street-driven ZXR400 benefits most.

JMCA certified and built using RPM’s original manufacturing process, this system balances performance, tone and craftsmanship.

• Steel exhaust pipework (engine port to silencer)
• Multi-stage polishing process
• Copper plated → Nickel plated → Hard chromed finish
• Steel plated tail section
• Aluminium silencer cover
• Φ93 large-capacity silencer
• Spring-assembled construction
• Proximity exhaust noise: 91 dB

The plated steel produces a distinctive luster unique to this material. With heat cycles, the pipe develops the characteristic burnt coloration expected from quality steel exhaust systems.

The exhaust note is strong yet refined — powerful without harshness.
