The Samurai’s Forge: Honoring the 1984 Suzuki GSX750S3 Katana

In the spirit of The Samurai’s Forge, where each build, teardown, and restoration tells a story of craftsmanship and care, we share this update with a heavy heart:
After much thought, we’ve made the tough decision to part out our 1984 Suzuki GSX750S3 Katana.
This iconic pop-up Katana was a complete and mostly original machine, and we had long hoped to keep it as a future project or pass it on whole. But the reality is—parts for these bikes are now incredibly rare, and demand from fellow enthusiasts continues to grow. By parting this one out, we’re choosing to support the community and help keep more Katanas alive and running strong.
From the pop-up headlight unit and tail light assembly to switchgear, panels, and trim, this bike holds valuable components that are becoming harder to source. Rather than let it sit, we’re putting these parts into the hands of those who need them most.
✅ Parts will be listed on the Bushido Motorcycles website over the coming weeks. If you're chasing something specific, now’s the time to get in touch.
This isn’t just a teardown—it’s a tribute. The bike may no longer ride as one, but its spirit will live on in many others. A true Katana deserves nothing less.
⚔️ The blade may be disassembled, but its legacy stays sharp.
