RG250 Project Bike Update: Progress in Motion
Share
At Bushido Motorcycles, every project bike we take on is more than just a restoration—it’s about honoring the craftsmanship and legacy of these iconic machines. Today, we made some satisfying progress on the RG250 project bike, setting the stage for its transformation back to glory.
Today’s Achievements
Restoration begins with careful disassembly and cleaning, and that’s exactly what we tackled today:

Removed the rear brake caliper.

Took off the rear foot peg brackets and front foot peg brackets.

Removed the radiator for inspection and cleaning.
With these components out of the way, it was time to give the RG250 a good pressure wash. Beneath the grime, its potential is beginning to shine through. While there’s still more cleaning to do, each step forward reveals the soul of this bike waiting to be revived.

Why It Matters
At Bushido Motorcycles, we approach every project with the precision and respect it deserves. Restoring a bike like the RG250 isn’t just about replacing parts—it’s about breathing life back into a machine that’s built to be ridden and admired.
What’s Next?
More cleaning, more preparation, and eventually, rebuilding. As each piece comes together, this bike will move closer to reclaiming its place on the road.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this exciting journey. The RG250’s story isn’t finished yet—and neither is ours at Bushido Motorcycles.
